Personal Goals

You can access Personal Goals from the header in the workspace overview.

  • Any incomplete task from any workspace can be added as a personal goal.
  • Goals can be reordered to fit your priorities.
  • Clicking on a goal opens its detailed view.
  • Completed goals are automatically removed from the list.
  • You can add additional goals using the “add goals” button.

When viewing a goal, you can:

  1. Edit the goal’s title and description.
  2. Mark the goal as complete.

Tasks are organized into two sections:

  • Tasks that move you closer to completing the goal.
  • Only unblocked tasks appear here.
  • Can be reordered.
  • Tasks can be marked as complete.
  • Tasks that are currently blocked, either directly or indirectly, by a starter task.
  • Can be reordered.
  • Tasks can be marked as complete (requires confirmation).
  • When a task becomes unblocked, it automatically moves to Starter Tasks.

NOTE: Completed tasks are removed from their lists.

Each task in Starter Tasks and Blocked Tasks has a context menu with the following options:

  • Edit – Opens the full task editor.
  • Mark as Done – Marks the task as complete.
  • Delete – Removes the task.
  • View on Map – Opens the task location in a workspace map.

This structure makes it easier to understand how goals and tasks work, with clear separation between overview, goal details, and task management.
