Personal Goals
You can access Personal Goals from the header in the workspace overview.
Viewing Your Goals
Section titled “Viewing Your Goals”- Any incomplete task from any workspace can be added as a personal goal.
- Goals can be reordered to fit your priorities.
- Clicking on a goal opens its detailed view.
- Completed goals are automatically removed from the list.
- You can add additional goals using the “add goals” button.
Goal Details
Section titled “Goal Details”When viewing a goal, you can:
- Edit the goal’s title and description.
- Mark the goal as complete.
Tasks Related to a Goal
Section titled “Tasks Related to a Goal”Tasks are organized into two sections:
Starter Tasks
Section titled “Starter Tasks”- Tasks that move you closer to completing the goal.
- Only unblocked tasks appear here.
- Can be reordered.
- Tasks can be marked as complete.
Blocked Tasks
Section titled “Blocked Tasks”- Tasks that are currently blocked, either directly or indirectly, by a starter task.
- Can be reordered.
- Tasks can be marked as complete (requires confirmation).
- When a task becomes unblocked, it automatically moves to Starter Tasks.
NOTE: Completed tasks are removed from their lists.
Task Context Menu
Section titled “Task Context Menu”Each task in Starter Tasks and Blocked Tasks has a context menu with the following options:
- Edit – Opens the full task editor.
- Mark as Done – Marks the task as complete.
- Delete – Removes the task.
- View on Map – Opens the task location in a workspace map.
This structure makes it easier to understand how goals and tasks work, with clear separation between overview, goal details, and task management.
